 In search of a research spot. |  A rural stretch of the Barwon River. |  In search of Australian native Murray cod and yellowbelly with invasive carp for bait. |

 Just two small yellowbelly in three days on the Barwon River, and not a cod to be seen. |  Some beautiful stretches of river, and some great young experiences, but native fish abundance was far from what it could be. |  Some prey (brown frog) looking very nervous. |
